terms of service
General terms• The commissioner agrees that they are of legal age (18+)
• The closer the illustration moves to being finished, the less impactful revisions can be made. Additional fees are charged otherwise.
• If you will be inappropriate during the commission (extremely offensive, demanding privileges, stuck up), I reserve the right to finish the commission by your initial request parameters and then consider the commission done, without regards to your opinion on the state / direction of the commission.
• During the commission you can request variants, but they need to be clarified previous or during the sketch phase.
• I always post commision wips and final works on my main accounts, payment is +50% if you want to have it as a private piece, and if its going to be for commercial use, price can go to +2x to +5x in price depending if its going to be credited or not, and how big the project is.
PAYMENT and REFUNDS
Payment is divided into two halves, first half is to be sent upfront, before I even begin the work, the second half is sent once the refining stage starts.
Product will be delivered digitally. CSP file its only available, organized, only if the piece is going to be used commercially, additional fees are added.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase. Additional revisions may be charged depending on the commision terms.
Customer has right to a certain ammount of minor edits, uncharged, once the piece is finished.
Must be paid in US$
Customer can ask for a refund on orders but only before the second half of the payment gets delivered.
Customer can ask for a refund on orders if i havent been in contact within 20 days, even after the second half of the payment getting delivered.
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, model development, and any other future invention in the space.
DETAILS ABOUT PROCESS
LAST UPDATE:
The illustration is divided into 3 stages (sketch, rendering/refining, finishing touches), each stage takes about 1-5 days to complete, it can take longer, depends if there is a need for adjustments or the general scale of the illustration.Communication is prefered through either X or Discord, in the second case, the ID will be provided.1. Send me details via message.
In sent details, being specific is crucial, otherwise is up to me for such details. Sketch, references, photos, etc. are allowed for a better understanding of the piece, ai-generated references will be dismissed.
2. Wait for my reply.
reply takes max 3 days, I will send you the calculated price based on the details you sent.
3. After the payment I will send you few basic sketches.
Full payment is allowed.
4. Pick one of the sketches
major adjustments can be made if needed.
5. Once you are satisfied with the sketch you are to send the second half of the payment, after that the illustration will move into the refining stage.
(shapes, lines, values, colors)
you are not eligible for a refund after this step.
6. I will send you a refined illustration for confirmation / revision
you can make minor adjustments.
7. Once you are satisfied with the refined illustration it will move into final stage (shading, effects)
8. After finished illustration is delivered to you, you can request minor adjustments.
If there are no adjustments to be made the commission is considered finished.
The finished images will be available to you through Dropbox folder link. The link will then be erased after 7 days.

• Making a copy of other people's art in a specific style
• Hate or politically-driven pieces.
• NSFW
•Romantic pairings (ships), this term can be dismissed under the artist's criteria.
COMMISSION PRICES
These are the general prices, below can be seen the different variations depending on the details and terms of the piece.*the MG Portrait item cant have any of the items on the variations section, its a total work with full process and background included, extra characters are still charged with additional fees.

Variations and details
I would like to post the commission's sketch or even the final work on my socials. If you want your commission to be completely private the total price increases by 100%. For commercial use the price will go from +2x to +5x the price depending how big the project is and if its going to get credited or not.

• You are eligible for refund before you make the second payment / the illustration progresses into the refining/rendering stage.

• You are eligible for refund if I have not been in contact with you for more than 20 days during the process.
(even after refining/rendering stage)
• You are not eligible for a refund after the illustration has been finished, there is no refunds either if the 7-day fanbox link expired.
